Dance has been a part of my life ever since I could walk, offering a deep and healing expression that words alone can’t describe. It’s through dance that I’ve been able to express and release energy from my body and mind when nothing else could reach.
As an intuitive spiritual guide with psychic and medium abilities, my journey has been deeply shaped by my own experiences of trauma and healing. I faced a pivotal moment in adulthood when I had to confront and accept my shadows, embrace my true self, and recognize the gifts I was born with—a journey that wasn’t easy but has led to a more profound connection with Spirit/Divine Source.

Meditation was a key part of my journey, helping me find greater awareness and peace in my life. This experience inspired me to become a certified meditation teacher/guide, allowing me to share these benefits with others.
I am also a proud graduate from Canada’s unique Assaulted Women’s and Children’s Counsellor/Advocate program, which has shaped my approach with a commitment to inclusivity and anti-oppressive practices.
I am constantly deepening my understanding and refining my skills in dance, meditation, and spiritual practices, and for over a decade, I’ve had the pleasure of sharing these passions with my community through teaching/guiding classes.
I truly believe in the transformative power of Dance, Movement, and Meditation for nurturing a healthy Mind, Body, and Spirit. My purpose is to help others find balance and empowerment on their own journeys, using my experience and insights to support their growth.
I look forward to the meaningful connections with those whose paths align with mine.
Much Love🤍

Lexie Bugayong
Hi, I am Lexie Bugayong! I’ve been a proud member of Kathleen’s program since 2016— I’ve always wanted to learn how to dance, and her classes have helped me step out of my comfort zone, gain confidence, and find a creative outlet when life gets loud.
Beyond dance, I am a foodie with a love for nature and connecting with people. By day, I work in Admin Support for Social Services, but at heart, I am a burst of creative energy—playful yet disciplined, imaginative yet grounded. I love learning and pushing myself with new challenges, both mentally and physically. That’s why I stay busy with my small businesses: CakepopsNThings, where I craft sweet dipped treats, and 420sibs, where I team up with my siblings on event planning and soft play rentals.
From student to friend and now working alongside Kathleen, I am excited to bring my creativity to ClairConscious behind the scenes!
