Zumba & Meditation

Our aim is to create an inviting and stress-free atmosphere to guarantee a quality Zumba® experience. We encourage participants to go at their own pace, whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, we guarantee an amazing session.

​Zumba class duration is 45 minutes, concluding with a 15-minute guided meditation. This meditation serves the purpose of allowing participants to further connect with their body and spirit.

WALKING CLUB

Experience the tranquility and connection of our Walking Club, a FREE program designed to bring balance and connection into your life. We explore trails that transport you away from the hustle and bustle of the city, immersing you in the calming embrace of nature. An effortless way to stay active, calm your mind and center yourself while enjoying the beauty and magic of Mother Nature.

Our walks are gentle, making it easy to keep your body moving, no matter your pace. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to connect with new people and build meaningful connections in a welcoming environment.

Each session begins with a warm welcome, fostering a sense of community, followed by a mini meditation to set the tone, and a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for the walk ahead.

Pause, breathe, and unwind with our 30-minute guided meditation session.

Join from the comfort of your home as we create a calming space for reflection and relaxation. These sessions are designed to bring more balance into your life, setting a mindful tone for the week ahead.

Rhythmic Vibes:  Where Movement meets Mindfulness

This groove-based class is designed to help you feel grounded, expressive, and at ease in your body. With a mix of smooth R&B, afro, dancehall and much more, you'll be guided through simple, low-impact movements that feel more like flowing to the rhythm than following choreography.

New to dance? A little shy? You're in the right place. This space is for you — no pressure, no performance, just good music, great vibes, and a chance to reconnect.
